Spring has just sprung for us here in southern England, but the transition is underwhelming (cold and wet to slightly less cold and wet). I adore the spring bulbs that come up this time of year though.
Birch syrup sounds intriguing is it like maple syrup?
The sailboats are from Nova. The simple one is Lupines and the fancy one is Sages. I recommend the simple one (less rigging to fiddle with). They love them!
Birch syrup is indeed like maple syrup. We had tapped the sugar maple of a dear friend until they moved this fall. So were looking to our own lot and have a birch. The result is similar though slightly less sweet. Ill report back on how it turns out in a couple of weeks.

Angelina, I love that as we spin from darkness into light your world enters the quiet and rest of the darkening days. Happy autumn!
