(Two previous photos by Lupine)
Hello, friends.
I've been embracing the silence lately and it's reflected in the quiet here as well.
Today is begging for peace once more.
I'll have more words for you soon, but today I just wanted to share these photographs. Becasue they are too lovely to keep to myself.
I enjoyed a day alone with my girl beneath this glorious grove of magnolia trees.
Unplugged, present, together.
No work to do. No obligations. Just this.
We laughed and we held hands, running and playing and marveling – just the two of us – for one delightful day.
Today we're home once more, but we'll carry this time together in our hearts all week long.
So blessed.
You are creating such beautiful memories for your lovely daughters. I’m 60 now but will never forget these types of memories I had with my mom and dad on that Iowa farm. Thanks for sharing.
Oh wow! I love Lupine’s photos…and all the rest. I hope today brings more goodness for you all.
I’m so happy you guys got to come down and enjoy the blooms. They are just stunning and make me happy whenever I look at them.
Next time you’re in town, I’d love to grab a cup of tea with you or something. 🙂
Such beautiful photographs. <3
Absolutely beautiful! So glad you and your daughter shared this amazing moment together. It will be remembered forever.
Simply beautiful.
Thanks for keeping me in the loop on the magnolia blooms! Really appreciated it.
