Last spring a postal carried placed a customer's Treasure Box behind their delivery truck and promptly drove over it.

It was the weirdest LüSa delivery mishap yet.

The recipient came home to a wonderful smelling but tragically crushed box of product in her driveway. Needless to say, this was not what she was hurrying home to find. (I won't judge. I once drove over our lunch, which contained a glass jar of homemade pickles. Also messy; also fragrant.)

For reasons like this we always hold back a few Treasure Boxes, in case we need to reship after a delivery goes awry. 

And this season? Well, this season was a rare disaster-free delivery cycle. (Go, team Post Office!)
